Salvador (Sal) Muñoz addresses issues of race, class, gender, and sexuality through various mediums including photography, installation, and artist multiples. His work has been exhibited at the Brooklyn Academy of Music, Auxiliary Projects, Mayday Space, Columbia University, and The Lincoln Center. Salvador was a 2018 Artist in Residence at the Laundromat Project and a 2018 fellow at the Leslie Lohman Museum. Sal received a BA in Studio Art with honorary distinctions from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2012.
